Becky is the original “Leading Lady.” She began her real estate career in 1984 and has spent her entire life living in York County. She enjoys spending time at yard sales, auctions and flea markets with her husband, Royce. She also enjoys vacationing in Florida and spending time with her grandchildren. Glenda Kane AB,CRS,SRES,GRI
Glenda is also a native of York County and has raised three sons here, the youngest is a college junior. Glenda’s real estate career spans 18 years and she has earned the designations of Senior Real Estate Specialist and Certified Residential Specialist, focusing on resale and investment properties. She teamed up with Becky in 2000 and currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee for the Realtors Association of York County (RAYAC) and is a past member of RAYAC’S Board of Directors. Sandy Bouras, ABR
Sandy joined the Leading Ladies in 2004 as a Buyer Specialist. She is originally from Pittsburgh and graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science – Music Education. She started her real estate career in 2003 while residing in Maryland. Sandy is an Accredited Buyer Representative through the National Association of Realtors and currently holds the York City Savvy Certification. Her specialties include first-time buyers and new construction. In her free time she enjoys reading, walking her dog Max, shopping, traveling and spending time with family. Pam O'Keefe
Pam is the Team’s Licensed Real Estate Assistant and Office Manager. She has been in the real estate business for ten years and joined the Leading Ladies in 2007. The majority of her time is focused on marketing efforts and coordination of settlement services for clients. Like Becky and Glenda, she is also a York County native and graduated from Spring Grove High School and York College, earning a Business Management Degree.
